Civil Engineer, MBA, and Graduate Diploma in Project Evaluation and Management, with over 30 years of experience leading strategic initiatives in energy, mining, and infrastructure across Chile, Latin America, and Canada. He has held senior executive positions (CEO, COO, General Manager, and Director), leading multidisciplinary teams in complex environments. His track record includes the execution of over 3,500 km of electrical transmission systems in Chile and Brazil, and participation in landmark projects such as the Aguas Pacífico multipurpose desalination plant, the Northern Grid–Central Grid electrical interconnection, and the HVDC Xingú–Rio de Janeiro transmission system (800 kV) in Brazil. He currently serves as Chair of the Public Infrastructure Commission and Councilor of the Civil Engineering Division at the Chilean Institute of Engineers, as well as Commercial Director of New Business at SYNCORE and Director of the Construction Institute.

Economist and Commercial Engineer with PhDs in Transport Engineering and Urban Planning from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. With over 30 years of experience in public infrastructure and concessions in Chile and Latin America, he has led key units within the Ministry of Public Works and participated in landmark projects such as Ruta 5, Airports, and the El Melón Tunnel. In the private sector, he served as Executive Vice President of Itínere Sacyr and Director of multiple road concession companies. He currently serves as Managing Director of Latinoamérica Infraestructura and of the TVS project (Valparaíso–Santiago–San Antonio Railway), as well as Advisor to the CPI.

Civil Engineer and MBA with over 30 years of experience in infrastructure projects across Latin America. He has led the development, financing, and management of concessions in Chile, Costa Rica, and Mexico, with a focus on new business development, innovation, and corporate strategy. He served as Director of Strategic Projects at Aguas Pacífico, Director of Logistics and Transportation LATAM at Patria Investments, and CEO of Concessions at Globalvia. He is actively involved in industry associations: member of the Public Infrastructure Commission of the Chilean Institute of Engineers, former Chair of the PPP Commission at the Costa Rican Chamber of Construction, and former Vice President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce of Costa Rica.

Associates

Mechanical Civil Engineer from Universidad de Chile, with a Diploma in Thermal Engineering from Universidad del País Vasco and over 28 years of experience in energy projects. He has led turnkey cogeneration initiatives, managing mechanical equipment in concentrated solar power plants with molten salt storage and in waste-to-energy (WTE) facilities. His career includes roles as EPC Project Director, Country Manager at a multinational corporation, and Engineering Manager in WTE. Key achievements include directing the cogeneration systems for Osakidetza hospitals, developing concentrated solar power plants with thermal storage, and transforming the steam-water cycle at the Zabalgarbi WTE plant.

Civil Engineer from Universidad de Chile, with over 40 years of experience in the analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures. As principal partner of Sergio Contreras y Asoc., Consultores en Ingeniería, he has delivered structural engineering projects for residential, institutional, office, educational, and industrial buildings, both in Chile and abroad, totaling over 4,000,000 m² of construction. He also leads the GRACCO group, with operations in Chile, Germany, Uruguay, and Peru through GRACCO, Südcom GmbH, and TREND Engineering. He has served as Vice President of the Chilean Institute of Engineers, Director General of COPIMERA, Chair of the RICE Commission, and is a Distinguished Member of the Expert Engineers Registry. At the Construction Institute, he has served as Director, Chair of the Heritage Construction Commission, and Past President of the Construction Standards Council. He is Past President of the Chilean Steel Institute, member of ICOMOS Chile, Category 1 Structural Reviewer for MINVU, and Honorary Member of the Chilean College of Architects. In academia, he has been a professor of Reinforced Concrete and Concrete Design at Universidad de Chile, and a graduate professor at Universidad Central.

Civil Engineer from Universidad de Concepción, Chile, with over 20 years of experience in special foundations, geotechnical monitoring, shoring systems, foundation optimization, ground improvement, numerical modeling, open-pit mining, tailings, geotechnical investigations, and geophysical surveys across Chile and South America. He has authored publications in specialized journals such as "Ground Improvement" and "Bulletin of Engineering Geology and the Environment," among others, and has participated in international conferences and specialized courses on special foundations, ground improvement, retaining systems, geotechnical investigations, geophysics, tailings dams, and mass removal. He is the founder and Corporate General Manager of GRUPO OITEC. He has served on the board of the Chilean Geotechnical Society since 2014, holding the position of President for the 2024–2025 term. He currently serves as Past President on the Society's Ethics Committee.

Industrial Civil Engineer with a specialization in Transport from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master's in Operations Management and Logistics, with extensive experience in infrastructure, concessions, and public and private project development. She served as Development Manager of the TVS project and was part of the Infralatam team, participating in the technical and financial structuring of transport, energy, and water initiatives. She has worked in project evaluation and finance, and served as Research Engineer at the Infrastructure Policy Council (CPI). Currently leading AI and digital transformation projects in the engineering and logistics sectors.
